I want to welcome you to the Diocese of Youngstown Vocations Website. I believe that you are someone who wants to make a difference in today’s world. As a committed Catholic, Jesus is asking you to take your baptismal call even more seriously by serving the Lord and His Church in a more generous and wholehearted way.

I invite you to consider the possibility that the Lord could be calling you to serve Him and His Church as a diocesan priest, a permanent deacon, or member of a religious order.

In the Scriptures, Jesus asks those who followed him, “What are you looking for?” They replied, “Rabbi, where do you live?” “Come and see,” he answered (Jn.1: 39).
